Shipping & Handling

We will send shipping notifications with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. 

All merchandise is sent from Melbourne, Australia.

Tracked Standard Shipping ALL Australian orders Flat Rate - $10

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all domestic Australian orders over - $125.00

Tracked Standard Shipping orders Rest of The World Flat Rate - $25

Please allow up to 7-15 days for International shipping.

In certain countries you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order. Such costs are not included in the purchase price of your CrytpoKings order, and will need to be paid to your local authority to release your purchase from customs. We have no control over customs processing times or charges.

CryptoKings is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

Sales

All prices stated are in USD currency. We currently accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Stripe. Amex and Discover cards are supported through the Stripe guest or member checkout.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once checked out there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on CRYPTOKINGS 1%, MM Academy and 1:1 Packages, you have 6 months to redeem all 1:1 sessions after the time has past the sessions will be forfeited.

MM Academy Shark Indicator access is valid for 3 months starting at the duration of the course, members must hold a valid CK or MM Membership after the 3 months. 

​

Shark NFT's allow access to all Masterminds held (no end date), unless traded on OpenSea.

Pricing Plans/Subscriptions 

As a member, you are automatically charged once a month on the date you signed up. Your CK subscription is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and can take several days to appear on your account.

• Your billing date may be one day earlier due to time zone differences.

• If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

To cancel your CK subscription please log into your account and head to My Subscriptions, you will have access to all Members Only Pages and Telegram Chats until the end of of your billing period.

 

After that time, it will be canceled and no further payments will be processed.

​

Please note, to pause your membership you will have to cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to come back.

​

Failed payments: if your credit card is cancelled or expires, or when there are insufficient funds to cover your subscription, payment will not be received. This automatically cancels your plan and you will need to resubscribe if you wish to stay a member.
